If you can hear the dryer start and operate but at end of cycle your clothes are wet then it is likely (assuming the heater is turning on) that the fluff collection on the condensor unit is blocking its operation.
Refer manual at this site and follow instructions on page 20.

If you can feel the dryer is actually generating warm air (that is, starting the drying cycle) and the operation completes according to the selected program, then change the program to longer cycles or higher temperatures. But if there is no warm air coming through then heater or thermostat is faulty. See this post For location of Thermostat refer this service manual (in German) It is item F1 on page F-1.

My daughter in put a load of wet clothes (not completely finished spin cycle). Now dryer doesn't heat the clothes but seems to have all other functions.

Try running the dryer empty to see if the elements are heating. With the weight of wet clothes it is possible to trip the overloads.

Drum Not Spinning

Probably is a belt issue. It'll take two people to change. You'll have to take the front off to access the drum and be mindful of the belt route. Good luck.

Timer knob doesnot move dryer will not turn off.

Clean the fabric softener off the metal strips located under the filter housing inside the dryer. If **** gets on them then they wont send a signal to the dryness board and advance the timer motor. Resistance is monitored between them 2 metal strips as yer wet clothes tumble in the dryer. Wetness is detected and the motor gets a no go. When the all clear is signaled up then they is happy motoring to the finish line.
