You should call your operator and ask for the PUK, there is no other way. PUK is SIM related, so they will know your PUK code. Don't trying guessing it, you will have to take it to service if you type in a wrong PUK!

I don't know where you get LG KP107 unlock code, since if you have that lg unlock code usually you have the details instruction how you enter it even you get that code from provider they always send unlock code with details instruction. I think you buy that code from unknown source and I doubt you have correct unlock code since you don't have details instruction from them.
PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider. No
way you can guess & enter it. So, when it asks for the PUK code,
don’t do anything, get the PUK code from your service provider.
