Jayshree, E9 error, pressure sensor error/water sensor error.
Replace water level sensor. The error display disappears if power button is turned off and on.This is what the service manual states.

Sounds like the water level pressure sensor is not working. The code (E9) means the switch is open.
You'll need to replace the pressure switch. Check the manual for the repair procedures.

Hi
E9 means the water level sensor is
defective or the pipe connected to it is faulty.Generally error E9 means a
problem with your water pressure sensor. do you have water in the tub? Check
the sensor by pulling the hose attached to the bottom part of the tub and blow
on it and test the terminals of the sensor if it will close or open.
