First, consider restarting the device should restore to user friendly setting including volume adjustabilities
Second, if after restarting the device more than once without success to acquiring volume functionality, a system reset is required only by verifying conditions below
a. Check the device for physical defects
b. check the device for battery condition, recharging
c. The observation of the device intactness should be in attempt to fix broken part before a system restore be attempted by pressing a button or pin allong the sides of the device.
Make sure that the volume + button on the front is not sticking. If it is spray a little WD40 on it and free it. Then you should have control over the volume.

You cannot adjust the volume when the stereo cord is plugged into the back of the dock. Instead, plug the stereo cord into the front headphone jack of the dock. You will be able to adjust the volume then.
hi , first i want to say that the tv is not a game it is hazard set very high voltage inside so if you don't have any experience please dn't try to ,
but you can do it your self just took outlet off and took case off and try to draw the chasses towards you to behind then look inside to the place of the buttons you will see aplastic tips which will push the volume switches that are soldered on the chasses and with your fingures try to push out the plastic tips to relocate it to the original state it is too easy and the please try to be away from the cable that is fixed to the screen cause high voltage is it,
refix chasses and cover and give me high rate insted of £40:)
