Neptune gas dryer: on sensor cycle (always use), seems to 'get stuck' at about 11 minutes left in cycle. I'll check the load and it's still damp somewhat & is cool to touch (instead of warm). After leaving off for a few minutes, I'll start the cycle from beginning again-I can hear the gas ignitor kick in and then it seems to finish the load as normal. Sensor issue or what?

your gas coils are bad. they open up for the first cycle but fail to after. Replace your coils and this will solve your problem

It sounds like you may need a new timer. Has water or anything gotten into the timer. This could be causing a short or faulty reading in it.

Fixed the problem, not the machine, needed a new dryer vent. Just unhooked the vent and
the dryer worked perfectly. V
SOURCE: Dryer switches from sensor dry to 17 min, on time dry it just doesn't heat up
check your ignitor id make sure the vents cleaned as well
SOURCE: dryer not dring clothes completely
need to check your vent duct. if clogged it won't let the air flow through the dryer needed to dry your clothes.
