We signed up and received Netflix 2 days ago and watched Netflix and now it says that we are not connected to Netflix.

Below are the instructions for the BD-P2500 and 2550 I would have to assume it would be the same for your model if it is supported.
1) On your TV, select "Netflix" from the main screen.
(You may be asked to install a firmware update. If so, select "yes")
2) Select "Activate".
3) An activation code will appear on your TV screen.
4) Click the button below to enter the activation code on the Netflix website.

I am not an expert a "tinkerer"at best but I do have the 3600 like you and I have no problems connecting. Make sure there aren't any spaces or special characters in you router name. Follow your instruction manual and get the 3600 connected first then try netflix: Menu, setup, network, set your settings and it will tell you available networks, choose yours, enter your security code then do a connection test. If its not connecting at what step are you having a problem?

This model player (NS-BRDVD) is not Netflix capable. Netflix capable models are NS-BRDVD3, NS-WBRDVD, and home theater system NS-BRHTIB.

I had the same problem. It was very frustrating until I got lucky. When you get to the Roku set up screen and it asks you to enter your email and password, just press the OK Key and wait for a pop up window. You can use that window to enter your information.

Netflix is quite helpful and I would try contacting them to see what they say. You must have high speed and if there is a variance, it won't work. (866)579-7133 is their number. You can at least rule out a problem on their end. You can contact them via internet also.
