a standard 5 volt phone charger with a mini D is my guess, Samsung type.

take it to the shop were it was bought and see if they can get it going, if they can not they will have to give you a replacement/ offer a repair or refund

This needs a factory servicing as the main borad has been compromised.

1. Turnn completly off the tablet.
2. With the tablet turned off, holding the return button while turning on the tablet-pressing power button. Keep holding the return button until you see the Hard Factory reset screen.
3. Confirm the hard reset procedure. Once done, simply wait until process has finished-the tablet will restart. This process can take up to 30 minutes, so it's very important that the battery of the tablet is completly charged before attempting the hard reset. If you can connect it to the charger while resetting, even better.

First thing to do is try a soft reset. Hold volume up button and whilst holding it, hold power on button till it boots up. Really hope this works for you.

Try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it.
