I am looking for updated firmware for my Olevia 237V S11. I can not change the channels with the up and down arrows on my remote, I can only enter the channel number I want and press enter to change a channels. Also my TV won't do a channel scan, the screen should go blank while scanning but you can still see the picture in the back ground. You could wait for an hour and it still won't complete a channel scan.
Does anybody have the firmware and all files needed to load it to the TV? When I go to Olevia's website it only says there no files available. All other links I find on the internet go nowhere. I have called their technical support line before for other problems and I don't feel like waiting on hold for the three hours. Any help with this problem is appreciated.

and follow the directions...............(note you must have a blank usb flash drive)
