H710 I cant hear music on it? - Motorola Mobility H710 Bluetooth Headset

You can try to delete the H710 out of your HTC's history. Then power the phone off and on again. Then go back through the pairing process to see if it improves. You can also try to reset the headset.

To mute or unmute a call on your Motorola H710 Tap both the volume buttons until you hear a mute tone.This will mute or unmute the headset during the call.

Any time it happens, it usually is the phone. Pull battery and reboot and should work fine

Hello Steve. This is a common problem with the H710, with no available explanation. I recommend that you take the bluetooth and your phone into the phone store where you bought the bluetooth and have the technician there check it out. Joe

This is a common problem with the H710 and H715 which are essentially the same product. The microphone is failing or has failed. I have tried to find a replacement microphone on line but have not. I was thinking of calling Radio Shack to see if they carry.

Check your Bluetooth visibility
It has to be set to ALL
Yours may be set to HIDDEN, which means they cannot "hear you"

You probably have the phone or the blue tooth in the "mute mode"
check you instruction manual or the phone settings to see if you have it voice muted for privacy.

Could be that the headset has been muted by accident. To unmute, tap both volume buttons at the same time until you hear a tone or kind of beep.

Your blue tooth does not have that capability .I check myself google motorola h710 bluetooth

Go in phone to setting then go to bluetooth and press it then select voice routing incoming hands-free
