Bulb or fuel line could have a crack or a clog in fuel line/filter or carburetor. Here's a video on how to change the bulb and fuel lines and another video on how to clean/rebuild the carburetor.

Can I put solid stain over kilz primer?

Some stains do work over kilz primer, yes. I would make sure to cover the whole area with the primer however, as it will change the colour of the stain, making it lighter. Gel stains work well over kilz as well.

Primer not working wright.want push in right

You may need a new primer. To take the old one out take a small screw driver and work the old one out as well there is a metal ring like out fit that has to be removed as well. This holds the primer in place. Purchase the right primer for the machine and make sure the hole is cleaned out then insert the new primer as well as the metal ring and most go in with a three quarter inch socket and tap it in this a hammer but don't hit hard and it should go in all the way. Then the primer should work.

Can't get gas to start primer pump not working

Sounds like you have an air leak in the fueling system and air, not fuel is being sucked in to the primer, check the fuel line and primer pump gaskets or bubble (if it is the primer bubble type)

Stihl chainsaw

If you replaced the primer and not getting fuel sounds like either wrong primer or not sitting proper in carb and sucking air instead of fuel Did you. Make sure the fuel lines good inside the tank so it can suck fuel as you didn\'t say if worked before you switch the primer

When i pump the primer to start it pumps air into the tank and not to carb

Sounds like the pickup line for the primer is not far enough into the tank. Most primer lines are only far enough in the tank to work if the fuel tank is completely full. The primer works like a suction, air is pushed into the tank and the expanding bulb draws fuel into itself. A longer primer line can be installed, and most saw or trimmer dealers will carry rolls of it. Let me know if you need anything else or if this helps, Daniel.

Need to know how to re-connect primer bulb on McCulloch Model # B00032-32, Ser # 11-100258 (McCulloch Gas Powered Chain Saw)

Take the line off of the primer that goes to the tank and leave loose for a moment. The other line to the primer comes from the carburetor and it should be be tried on either port on the primer until it will pull fuel into itself when pumped. If neither port works, the primer pump may be faulty, the carburetor is plugged internally, or the fuel line from the tank to the carburetor is decayed or the fuel filter is plugged. When the primer pulls fuel into itself, reconnect the return line that goes back to the tank. Hope this helps!
