T9250 treadmill has dashes on the display will not run

There is a special lubricant spray for treadmills that you spray. injection pump. The air injection pump is designed with a check valve inside which only allows air to flow in one direction, preventing exhaust gases from escaping through the air pump and only allowing air to enter. When this check valve fails, moisture is able to get inside the air pump. Make sure you don't have dirt and dust build-up before spraying.

You may have a control board failure, it must be checked by a repair tech.

Try to check the carbon brush of the motor. If it's OK then the motor control board would be faculty

speed). The treadmill will stop 16 seconds later after the console detects this
error.
Troubleshooting / Resetting error codes
In the rare event of the treadmill displaying an error code ("E" followed by a number), simply reset
the computer by:
1. Step off the treadmill. Ensure that you are clear of the running belt.
2. Turn the treadmill off at the master power switch located near the motor housing.
WARNING: Ensure nothing is positioned near or under running belt which may possibly block
it's normal operation.
3. Turn the treadmill on at the master power switch.
4. Ensure that the Safety Tether Key is securely and properly installed onto the console or just
reinstalling the Safety Tether Key can also reset the display.
If the above does not clear the error code, please contact the nearest Dealer/Service Center

Try to open and separate the motor carefully from treadmill chasis, turn the motor shaft with hand if it not easily turn or you hear a unsual sound try to open the motor and add a lubricant to motor bearing, and turn the motor on if its still noise replace all the bearings with new one

Most manufacturers have a support site on the Internet and given the error code and the model number they'll give you a solution

Assuming all the cables are ok, your display is probably dead and needs repaired. But more often than not the inverter is the problem.

If you have a way to swap it with another Technogym inverter I would try that first.

This is probably a faulty speed sensor or the speed sensor is not plugged in properly. Its also possibly a faulty motor control board or lower board. The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1.

Please see the diagram attached from REED switch, adjust, clean, and tight the connector wires very well.

2) change the batteries by new ones, use the best.clean the contact batteries.

3) tight the ribbon cable from keypad .+ tight the connector from display board vs lower board.
