I have a Maytag washer that is about 11 years old. It is constantly unbalanced in the spin cycle. It is sitting level. The load size doesn't even matter. Clothes are sorted by weight. I haven't a clue as to what may be the problem. Any ideas?

If the washer is truly balances (check with a level to be sure) you might just have an unbalanced load. When filling your machine with laundry, think of the tank as a big circle divided into four pie slices. Make sure you fill each of the four slices evenly. This should help,
