If the clicks are not working, then the micro-switches must be replaced, if there are clicks yet, then try cleanig (disassembly required) the micro-switches with contact-cleaner or isopropyl alcohol (only the micro-switches and contacts, cause it's very strong chemical)

A good cleaning will help with the fidelity of the machine but if I understand your problem then it can only be that the machine needs a good service like lubrication and new rubber belts capstan roller and so on.Try your tapes on another machine and check how the behave.as sticky cassettes I have seen ruined very expensive decks.
The external microphone input is most likely dirty and causing the internal microphone connection to be disconnected. The mic socket is at the front edge next to the headphone socket. try cleanig with a vacuum cleaner first to clear any dust and fluff. Then use a cotton bud and cleanig fluid e.g. WD40 or contact cleaner, or CD cleaning fluid.
its called oil canning, the bottom of the oven expands & contracts with the heat, try running it thru a self cleanig cycle this should stop the problem
Washer is most likely trying to fill with cold rinse water and the inlet screen is blocked or the cold water solenoid is bad. If you set washer to wash cold only it will not fill or fill very slowly. When you set it to warm or hot you are getting almost all hot. Clean inlet screen or replace inlet water valve.
