Change ip adress - Datamax I-4308 Thermal Label Printer

IP address will change but that should not influence email pickup which is subject to installed email reader software.

Connect the machine to a router or a switch with a network cable.
In used mode, under network settings - set the machine to DHCP, so it will get an IP adress from the switch/router.
Print out a network status page, and see if you've got an IP adress.

In the command window on your PC type: ipconfig/all and see the IP adress of your computer. Compare it to the adress the machine got from the router/switch and see if they are almost identical apart from the last digits.

Install the driver, and install the printer using device name, and you should be good to go. Or you can set the IP you got from the switch/router as a static adress, and install the copier using the IP adress.

Use notepad to write the following:
{IP;2,192,168,001,201'}
{IP;3,000,000,000,000'}
{IP;4,255,255,255,000'}
{IS;1,09100'}
{XJ;Termine'}
and print it to your printer
These will change your
IP adress
Gateway
your submask
activate and deactivate the port with an adress at 9100
and at the end display Termin?

the easiest way is to print out a function list on the copier it should give the ip address on the list then open internet browser and input the ip address in the browser nd change the ip address there dont forget to make the ip address static hope you come right

Clear all the prints from that list and try again.If it is not printing check the machines ip adress and the ip adress that on the driver.it could be that it was changing the ip adress @ power on.

go to the driver and print the configuration label, if you see the ip adress, just write the IP adress on the browser and you be abel to check the configuration from the printer, it is possible to change some setings from there.

hello this can be caused if the scan sends to a wrong IP adress. If the machine that you are sending scans has dynamic IP (dhcp), then the ip can change as you reboot the computer. To solve this, have a fix IP adress in your computer's network preferences, and check if scan sends to this adress

Are you sure nothing else on the network your using has the Same IP Adress. If anything does, This IP will not work.

You can change it but it looks tricky, when scroll for the ip address hit go then use and up and down buttom to change it, you have to change the numbers too by using up and down buttoms after you finish, hit ok.

Must have same IP-adress on Router and Repeater 192.168.0.x. Then have cable from router to PC and from router to repeater. Then logon to repeater and the Dlink-repeater SW have a command where you can see available networks. See to that you choose the right one and that channel, name and password is the same as the router. The repeater will not be visible when you search for available networks because it has the same name as the router. I also had to restart the router and the repeater before it worked.
The repeater gives us excellent connection where we otherwise has no connection, so I can recommend it.
