Frigidaire FRS3R3JB stopped making ice and dispensing water.

no information generic answer check water supply line -- inlet valve -filter -- water valves for dispenser and ice maker

It is possible the water line inside the refer is frozen, you will be able to see a resevoire or loop behind the bottom drawers that is where it could be frozen

You need to replace the ice maker

most fridges stop dispensing water when you open the door. Find the door switch and make sure fridge interior light goes on/off when you manually press door switch. This would show you that the door switch was faulty.

If the water connection to the appliance is one of those watts flood-safe water lines, it may have stuck shut. I've seen this happen when the house water pressure is too high.

Does it still make ice?

If so, then the water connection is good, and either the switch in the water dispenser has failed or the water shutoff valve for the water dispenser has gone bad.

Some models have a problem with the water line getting frozen, such that simply leaving the light on in the water dispenser compartment overnight and/or manually defrosting the unit can get it working again.

Typically when this problem occurs there is a clog of some sort between the filter and the ice maker. Disconnect the filter, stop your icemaker and take the fill line off. Blow compressed air from the filter side, until air blows freely. Reconnect all parts and turn unit on.

check the water line fron filter that continues on to water dispfrom icemaker, also a bad water disp solenoid or no pwr to water valve disp solenoid could be a problem,when you try to disp water can you hear a click from the solenoid operating to let water out?

NOT ENOUGH WATER PRESSURE AT WATERLINE OR WATER VALVE IS BAD AND NEEDS REPLACED

Check the reservoir behind the crispers for frozen lines. If it is froze it will take several days to thaw out with the frig below 40 degF. If it is not frozen you can disconnect the line at the water valve and see if the lever is operating the valve. Switch, water valve and waterlines and filter. process of elimination to find the culprit. Eric

check to make sure there is nothing blocking the water lines and no kinks in the water lines, you did not say if it had an ice maker, and if it is affected.
The frigidaires also has a plastic tube coiled under the back to dispense cold water make sure this tube is not kinked.

There is a motor that turns the auger for ice at the door but it has nothing to do with the water at the door. If you are sure the water line at the door isn't frozen then I'd suspect the control board isn't working (no power to the motor or the water solenoid valve). These diagrams may help you see what's inside so you can look deeper into the issue. If you can, try turning the ice auger by hand (dump all the ice out first).
