How do I sign in to my so-called account when your system will not accept anything I put in, or,do I sign up for a new account. Help please. By the way you stated in one of your emails that my email was not a registered email, how come you \accepted this address for a purchase made in ]Germany 3 weeks ago.

Your problem is little complicated . Go to help option in your paypal id and you can mail them to get the number to your additional email id .

You can add upto 8 email id in paypal account .

You add another mail id to the paypal account for that follow this steps

1. Click the My Account tab.
2. Click Profile link at the top of the page.
3. In the Account Information column, click the email link.
4. Click Add.
5. Enter your new email address.
6. Click Save.
7. An email confirmation will be sent to this address.

Paypal allows you call them if ever you had any problem with your account, this is what you will do to be able to login to your account.

1.You will need to get a friend, relative to login into his/her account.

2. Click on phone number to access the number to call

3. Then you could explain your problems to the assistant.
