Question about Sony BRAVIA Televison & Video
We hav sensor problem in our tv the television is getting off within 5 seconds again and again it is gtng on only when we click the select button in the remote and somethng its just showing like power saving off and the tv is gtng off and when we onn it its showing like demo mode presence sensor or in the screen display can u pls sugest us to off the sensor wht we hav to do

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.
In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

In order to properly diagnose the problem and provide a solution, the following information is required:
1) Model number (on the back of the set)
2) The count of blinks of hte standby light.
The standby light should be blinking in a repeated pattern of a count followed by a short pause then the count again ...
This count is an indication of the circuit that has the fault. With that information and the model number, I can list the likely causes and fixes.

Your TV is in store demo mode.
To fix this, access the TV's menu and find the option to run initial setup. At the beginning of initial set-up, you'll be asked whether or not the TV should be put into Home or Retail mode. Choose Home.
