Your washer is off balance or the load is unbalanced. If uL (unbalanced load) appears in display, the load is out of balance. The washer is running a load-balance correction routine.Sep 25, 2018

How to fix unbalanced high efficiency top load washer. ... I am having a MAJOR problem with unbalanced ...
The PMD520 doesn't have balanced XLR inputs; only unbalanced phono/RCAs. If your source has phono outs too, then use those, because the benefit of balances inputs is lost when converted to phono.
If you try to do this on the cheap by wiring an XLR to phono, be aware that the studio level output of balanced level connections is about 2V rms. The live input level for unbalanced is around 1V rms. You'll either need to pad the input to reduce the level or run the cassette REC level controls nearer to the bottom of their adjustment range where they're a bit noisier and not so linear.
Line level output of the mixer would go into the line level inputs of the EQ, and the EQ line level outpputs to the line level inputs of the amplifier. If you are faced with a mix of unbalanced inputs or outputs, to balanced inputs or outputs it gets a little complicated because you need to matrix the balanced signal to unbalanced load and vice versa. There is no single answer to doing this either.
RCA jacks are unbalanced, 2 conductor 1/4 inch connections are unbalanced most of the time. XLR and 3 conductor 1/4 inch jacks and plugs can be either balanced or unbalanced. If either are wired so left and right are a single ring or tip on the 3 conductor 1/4 inch jack, it is unbalanced and they would share a common ground lead. XLR wired with one pin common with shield and right and left have a single conductor on the plug or jack, that is unbalanced.
The UL means UNBALANCED LOAD The washer tries to balance the load automatically as soon as it has detected its off balance and the tub is wobbling. IF you find that the load isnt unbalanced and it keeps coming up(try a load without any clothing) the control board would need to be replaced. Of course though try seeing if the legs need to be adjusted to level the washer.
Good luck,i hope i have helped you to undestand what is wrong with your washer, Gene
If the washer is truly balances (check with a level to be sure) you might just have an unbalanced load. When filling your machine with laundry, think of the tank as a big circle divided into four pie slices. Make sure you fill each of the four slices evenly. This should help,
Read your user manual - but I would suggest that you may not have setup the balance properly. Check the level of the machine and adjust to be as square as possible by adjusting the feet at the bottom. If the water isnt coming in on both hot and cold sounds like a common problem - perhaps the water level sensor is playing up or something else has been knocked during transportation of the machine when you moved house. Check your user manual for troubleshooting. Sounds dumb, but check that 'delay start' isnt selected also. check both hoses filters are not blocked.
