The display / control units are sensitive to voltage surges and it was most likely damaged when the fuse blew.

What causes microwave to blow new fuse?

The only thing inside a microwave oven that draws enough current to blow a fuse is the magnetron that generates the microwaves to provide the cooking power. Based on the age of the unit (approx 15 years) it is most likely best to just replace it as repairs at that level are not cost effective. Newer units cook better and faster using less power these days.

No power fuse blew

it means you have shorted regulator transistor on power supply..

It is usually fit in heat sink..

Try to replace it and the fuse again also check any fusible resistor near that transistor..

My dryer will not heat at all. I have replaced the heating eliment, checked the fuse box. It still will not heat. What else could I check?

check for a burned neutral power connection at element,a defective thermal/hi-limit switch or cycling heat switch or control pad

Electric dryer model LER6611PQ0 will not heat up - only 4 years old

Could be a fuse..
Could be a heating eliment..
A way to check the eliment is -- remove the exuast hose.. Put a mirror to see inside the hole.. Whenrunning the eliment should glow hot..

Hope this helps !!

Heating eliments do not heat up

Did the electrical service power go out, or did the display on the oven go out?
If it was the display, then make certain the breakers didn't trip or fuses blow feeding power to the unit. If they are both good, and the display is still not lighting up, the unit may have blown a thermal fuse, usually located near the control head. This failure could be caused by a number of things (it happened that my KitchenAid had a service bulletin and modification kit to replace the blowers and reroute the wiring).

Please reply you findings and I wil help you more.

Blows fuse with no load

Sure sounds like your power supply has a short and should be replaced.
