WE HAVE 5 PHONES, I ALSO NEED TO KNOW IF I NEED TO CHANGE THEM INDIVIDUALLY AS ALL PHONES MUST HAVE IDENTICAL RECORDS SAVED TO THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE AND/OR CLEAR AND START OVER WITH THE SPEED DIAL NUMBERS.

You should only have to hit Feature - Redial and then select the soft key that you wish to re-program. Typically you will then type 1 and then the extension you want to program.
