Question about Kyocera Mita KM-5035 Printer
Can not send anything to print from my computer. The message "Remove paper from Finisher, Off line" appears although there is NO paper in the Finisher.
Could be the paper full tab is "stuck up" at the exit, or at least unplug the finisher from the unit and cycle power, pull away and see if it prints. -Carl

Turn the power off. Wait 30 seconds and turn the power back on again. See if there any error codes that pop up on the screen. If there isn't any, the stapler might have returned to the correct position and should work fine now.
If it continues a technician should inspect your finisher section in case the staper section needs to be repaired.

Reinstall the driver again, if it doesnot work, you have to update the firm ware of the machine, you can find this on kyocera website.
