I was replacing the toner cartridge and can not put it back properly - where can i find a picture of how to do it Also the spring that is supporting it came loose - and might be somewhere in the machine - any idea how to find it? I also noticed that one of the black plastic clips on the roller broke off - can i replace it or need to get a new transfer roller Thank you in advance

Open up the left side door and push in all of the chargers to make sure they are seated.
SOURCE: Kyocera Mita 1635 Copier Printing Very Light Copies
Is one side lighter then the other side of the copy? Meaning uneven copy darkness? If so, I believe the problem is that one or both sides of the drum cartridge and the developer are not connected correctly. The two parts need to be close togather to make a nice dark copy. This model has a very wierd drum unit and has a defect that one or both side of the drum unit locking tabs break and you get very light or blank copies. It's some what coastly to replace the whole unit... That would be a worse case.... If it is just on one side you might be able to push on the cover on the side that is light. If the copies come out better. One side is broken..I would fold up some paper and make a wedge to push the catridges closer. Good Luck
SOURCE: We have a Kyocera Fs-118mfp
It's in the mid-section underneath the opening where the printed paper comes out. You'll see a lip in the middle, lift that and the toner is right there. It will lft right out.

E33 means the copier is out of toner. Try tuning off and let it cycle a few times, if you ran it completely out some times it takes a few cycles to get running again.
