Have a C220 Bizhub. Scans the first page. Then it cant find the network. Error codes are 57, 22 and 530. No matter how I change and reset IP addresses, the problem remains. Bizhub also wont scan to other computers (network not found even when the IP addresses and registrations are the same). Is this firewall etc elated perhaps.
Google you tube video and find how to scan to my computer from bizhub c220. do you know how to use pagescope the copiers web page system?

HELLO,
to use scan to mail to Bizhub c252 you have to set by web interface:
go to:
NETWORK settings --> EMAIL SETTINGS --> SMTP and set
- administrator email address
- machine email address
- smtp address ( autentication if request).
you should verify also the tcp-ip parameters:
ip,subnet,gateway, dns1, dns2 should be set ok.
bye.

mail server issue. check your outgoing mail server. Most smtp depends on your isp. for instance, use smtp.sbcglobal.net for at&t isp. if you have an exchange server use your exchange server's outgoing mail.
Hope this helps!

It sounds like you have too many things stored on the Copier.
100% just states the status of available memory.
Do you have jobs stored on the device?
If not, try reducing the rsolution of the item you are scanning.
Those models do not have much memory to begin with.
The socket error is just it's way of tellingyou the file was not sent.

It sounds like you have setup a fax forward box.
You need to set up a one touch, scan to SMB.
this can be easily done via your web browser by typing in the IP address of the MFP and set it from there.
You need the IP address of the laptop and is best to put the shared folder in the main drive (C).
Then for the file path you just need to enter the name of the shared folder EXACTLY as it is on the lap top.
You also MUST enter the ID a password to give it access.
