Why does the freezer compressor run constantly on my Sub Zero 650?

The evaporator in the fridge was recently replaced and the unit holds 35/00 degrees. However, the freezer compressor runs constantly so the "vacuum condenser" light continues to flash. Freon has been checked in freezer section. Any clue as to what to what may be wrong?

Was Sub-Zero 650 thermostat damaged when refrigerator evaporator coil replaced?

Something is wrong for sure. Bring them back under the warranty. Changing an evaporator is a big job, remove the gas, remove and re-solder the new one. Fill with inert nitrogen, and check for leaks, recover the nitrogen and create a vacuum and then add refrigerant by weight.

Is it normal for warm air to blow out of the fan at the top of a side by side sub zero. Its over 20 years old and we recently had the compressor replaced on the freezer side.

warm air will blow out from the condenser fan which is in the same area as the compressor.
There should be no warm air inside the freezer of fridge.

650 sub zero that has a vacuum condenser message returns.

I have seen this many times and have fixed the problem many times. You may notice a ball of frost or ice build up in the fresh food compartment, This is because you have a leak in your evaporator coil and it needs to be replaced. It is a pretty costly repair but well worth it in consideration to what you paid for this unit or what the cost of a new one would be. Because it has less freon in it is why the compressor is running longer and causing message to pop up. Have the evaporator replaced in the section that is giving the issue and this will solve your problem with the unit.

Sub zero 650 fidge holding at 53 degrees

That depends on if your model has a five or ten year warranty on the compressor. Your problem may not be warranty related. Check and see if the condenser is clean, check for a frozen cooling coil.
