Take or send the laptop to a Toshiba Certified Service center to have the password erased or reset. You may have to pay for the service if the laptop is out of warranty. You may also have to show proof of ownership.
Realistically, if you're desperate for the data on your disk, then the only way to get it will be to remove the hard drive and put it in a caddy and connect it to another computer and extract your files. Sadly, if you've forgotten your bios password, then you'll never break into your laptop..best really to try and recall that password.

Please open your laptop and in motherboard there is one mini cell is attached and it remove half and hour and then attached the cell in motherboard and then start your laptop it will be unlock your bios passward.
