have you tried oiling the the extractor

La plancha tiene dos botones uno para sacar el agua y otro para el vapor y antes de esos dos tiene uno que cuando usted lo precione se mueve la temperatura

TENGO UNA PLANCHA MSP7, LA CUAL PRENDE PERO NO CALIENTA, AQUI EN PARAGUAY NO HAY QUIEN ARREGLE, NECESITO SABER SI DISPONEN DE PLANOS ELECTRICOS Y DESPIES DE LA MISMA, DESDE YA MUCHAS GRACIAS.
