switch the machine off at the switch hold down online and escape while switching on the switch , hold the buttons till you see service mode on screen , you need to go to engine , then drum , there you will find the setting to reset the pcu , or under data log is a function pm counter clear if it is giving you replace pcu on the screen

Please
press Menu. Then scroll to Maintenance and press Enter. Scroll to Color
Regist and press Enter. Scroll to Color Regist Auto Adjust and then
press Enter to Auto adjust. If after completing the procedure the error
persists, please contact your service representative for support.
I'm told this works as well...
On the main board put dip switch 101-1 on and then off and then enter
97 and press the aps key. Then power cycle the printer.

Check the transfer roller. Its a black spongy roller in from of the drum. Make sure it is getting good contact. Did you shake the toner cartridge before you installed it?

Press Clear mode > 1 0 7 > and press and hold the Stop button for 3 seconds.

Hold down the two arrow keys and count to 5, hit the enter key, the machine should be in serrvice mode if nor repeat. use arrow ke and scroll to machine press enter scroll to data log press enter scroll to pm counter reset presss enter, scroll to fuser oil press enter and exicute this mod Please. DO NOT GO INTO ANY THING ELSE or you could do serious damage to your machine!! If your machine has a Copy feature expander yopt must press Clear mode, Press 1-0-7 and then hold down the stop cancel key 4sec. go into copy sp mode press 7-804-809 press exicute button again Please DO NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE as damag can be done to your machine.
