Go as though you are going to perform a master reset as per the tutorial here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/39/rest-zte-savvy-straight-talk?show=39#q39 but select "Wipe cache partition" instead, reboot using the "Reboot now" option and see if it doe not get passed the logo screen. You will have to perform a master reset as per the same tutorial on the link above if the issue still persist.

This happened to me too on a zte majesty. I followed someone elses advice and went in to my main settings (not the one in the sms folder) and reset it there and its worked ever since. I think the zte website addresses this exact issue if u need more help. Good luck.
