Is there a way I can adjust the color on my camera so that I don't have to edit every image to get the pictures' true colors? Thanks.
I have seen color problems on cameras that have a physical switch to change between manual settings and auto. Whenever I see the color change, I immediately look to my camera and flip the switch back to the auto position. I.e. be sure your camera is set to auto for camera settings.
I hope that helps someone.

The Kodak CX4310 is the same as the CX4300 but the 4310 is a Wal-Mart special color. The camera feature that controls color balance is called "white balance" and on the 4310, it is totally automatic. Which means you have no control. If your color is not correct, return the camera. There are not many cameras that use a dock to recharge the camera batteries and connect to the computer. So you will not have many choices if you are looking for a different camera. One camera (without a dock) you should look at, is the Olympus Stylus 300. It is a better choice than the Kodak. It uses rechargeable batteries and the charger is included.

I had the same problem. Is there a Memory card in? If there is one it probably is corupted. Happend to me. If it isn't try taking it out and puting it in the port on your machine.

Please try to upload new firmware: I doubt that it will solve the issue, but the alternative is a repair.
Connect the camera with the computer.
Turn the camera on.
