you need a new flyback. Its a very easy repair you need flyback 259296 and you can get a new replacement at the following link and they explain step by step how to replace it. Heres the link

I hope it is still under warranty,cause you need to either fix the problem with a A/V repair guy or return it and get your money back.
Don't fool around with it.

SOURCE: TV makes aloud ringing sound

does the sound come from the speakers are from the back of the set. there is a small number of cases where the is oscilation in a coil.. the way we counter this at the shop is we dampen the coil with some silicon, not sure this problem you have. ll007 is the number on the coil.careful this television generates high voltage and retains this even unplug

I have an RCA model D52W26. The green light comes on when powered on but turns off within seconds. No picture, no sound. Just a squealing noise then nothing. Any thoughts on a fix?

OUr 46 inch Big screen tv have just started making whistling noise. turn off and back on and it starts back up.

Sounds like the horizontal coil. or possibly the flyback You can get replacements from www.tvrepairworld.com they will also help you determine which components is most likely causing the issue.

Your horizontal output transistor is probably bad which is causing the problem you described also you may have a bad flyback transformer.

Call UED for rebuilt Deflection Board 1-800-648-6657 With all the things that go wrong on those sets its better to just replace Boards

try changeing the input selector if you have a dvd player put it in turn it on and play it then run threw the menu also make sure you have not changed the channles it recives the signal on like 3 or 4

sounds like the flyback is arcing your model uses the 270125 flyback. you can get the repcement with free detailed instalation insructions at the following link.
