If you want your FB account back you need to talk a live person from customer support/service of Face Book. They might give you back your account if you convince them that you will not break their terms of agreement and anything that happened in the past was because of ignorance and lack of knowledge.

1.well if you have lost your password then just provide the e mail address to facebook website and you will recieve a link to reset your password in your e mail address
2.if you are unable to reset your account's password by this method then probably your account has been hacked ask some of your friends who are added on facebook in your account to report against your account explaining "this account is hacked"
3.Check if your account exists on the website or not in extreme cases your account gets deactivated/disabled permanently due to some of the following reasons There might be a possibility that some {5-6 friends} in your friend list reported against your account ,well in that case your account will be disabled after a period of 24hour from the report permanently.You can't regain access to your account nor can have the content linked with your account.The only thing you can do is to send a request to the facebook team to review your account.But unfortunately there is very little possibility of your account being re-activated. Alternative-You can sign up for a new facebook account from a new e-mail address {your reported e-mail address cannot be used} and re-add everyone who were previously there in your friend list Facebook disables account if you violate their privacy policy,post nudity/porn,use a fake name,threat anyone from your account in any way,harm anyone's religious sentiments.make sure you are careful the next time about the above issues..
