SOURCE: NO PICTURE, NO SOUND, TV TURNS ON THEN TURNS OFF

STOP THE PRESS!! I FIXED MY TV for a whopping $26.

I took a wild shot and purchased two STK392-110 convergence amplifiers from http://www.electronix.com/. They ship fast, placed my order on Tuesday evening after coming here and placing my comment. To my suprise the parts were in my mailbox on Friday. The parts were actually $12 but I also picked up a iron and a solder sucker.

So rarewish4us, If you're in the South Florida area I'd be more than happy to take that "JUNK" off your hands. LOL
If I were you, I'd give it a shot before you junk it.

Good luck,
Howie

SOURCE: please help

That is the blink code for the lamp ballast. Here is the more complicated explanation from the service manual.

IC2301(pin11) detects the error of LCD Power C.B.A. and Lamp,
then indicates the error when an inner malfunction of LCD Power
C.B.A. occurs, the Lamp voltage becomes more than 130V or
less than 30V, Lamp current becomes more than 5A, or the Lamp is blown

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Panasonic cinema vision 1080 hd projection tv shut off and red

thats the error code for the convergence ICs. Replace both STK392-110 Convergence Ics and the 2.2 ohm resistors. You can get the Panasonic rear projection Convergence repair kit #1 at the following link which contains the two ICs and all six resistors plus step by step instructions with pictures so you can do the repair yourself.

SOURCE: TV won't turn on

If the led is blinking one time there is a problem in the 140 volt circuit. Most likely a shorted Horizontal Output Transistor or a bad flyback transformer.

I would recommend that you contact a local servicer in your area and see if they can come to your house and diagnose the problem and give you an esimate for the repair. This can be tricky to diagnose and the potential for electrical shock is very high. So I would be careful if you wish to repair it yourself.

I would guess that you should be able to get a servicer to your home and repair the set for somewhere between $350.00 - $450.00 depending on the parts that are needed and the area in which you live.

I hope that this helps you with this issue. If you have any further questions, please post and I will try to help you as much as I can.

Hisense 70H6570G does not turn on, red light blinks once after 20 seconds.

Any of the things you mentioned can cause the set to not power up, start by testing the power standby voltage, if its around 3.5 volts check the power on command from the main, if it's missing replace the main, if it looks ok (around 3.3 vdc) test the other power supply voltages, this set should be easy to troubleshoot.

Yellow blinking light . what does it mean

A blinking yellow for this model indicates the TV is too hot, unplug & allow 30-45 min to cool before re-plugging .
OR: lamp not installed or lamp door not closed. there is a lamp door switch that may not be closing, simulating door not closed

LED Indications

The front panel Status LED provides an indication of

the set's operation and the possible cause of a malfunction.

If an abnormal condition is indicated, perform the

Self Diagnostics procedure.

Self Diagnostics

To activate, press the front panel <ACTIVITY> &<CH

??> buttons at the same time and hold for 5 seconds.

The STATUS LED will then flash denoting a two digit

code.

• The number of flashes indicates the value of the

MSD (tens digit) of the Error Code.

• The flashing then pauses for approximately 1/2

second.

• The LED then flashes indicating the value of the

(ones digit) of the Error Code.

• The Error Code is repeated a total of 5 times.

Example: If the Error Code is "23", the LED

will flash two times, pause, and then flash three

times.

Table 2-2: LED Indications

Error Codes, descriiptions and the most likely cause of

the error are listed in Table 2-3.

Note: The TV must be in "Shut Down." The LED

will probably be indicating an abnormal

condition. If the TV is switched Off, AC is

removed, or a System Reset is performed, the

code automatically resets to "12" No Error.

See the Error Code Log to retrieve a history of

errors.

Note: Use the front panel buttons, not the remote

control.

Note: If there is no response, the front panel may be

locked by a V-Chip setting. To unlock, press

and hold <ACTIVITY> on the front panel for

8 seconds.

Tv truns on then turns off

if model indicated do the self check it has:

On front of set when green light for power goes out press and hold both the menu and input (source) buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds and release both buttons.

Power light will then blink a two digit error code like 2 blinks, 2 blinks a pause and repeat it for a total of 5 times.

If set has been unplugged you must plug it back and try to get set to turn on--unplugging clears the errors.

Let me know what error you find and I will tell you what it means.
