my sons irola dx 752 is frozen, it turns on but locks up on the irola screen. I tried to hold the vol. button and the power button at the same time. it shuts it off, but when I turn it back on its still frozen
First the unit gets shipped with a minimal charge on the battery, make sure you have the battery fully charged for before turning it on.
second hope power button down coat see the screen display the irola logo then release, first boot will take awhile just leave it be (takes up to 3 min for first boot)
