Get the master reset code from service provider and reset it....

This is a common problem for Sony Ericsson G502.

Please try a Master reset for the cell and then update your service.

Master reset
Menu > Settings > Master Reset.

Update service(needs internet active)
Menu > Settings > Update service

If not actioned on time your Mobile screen would become blank then only the service center guys could help you.
Do not try any service center other than authorised Sony ericsson.

i think , viris attack in your mobile phone. So to solve this scan memory stick by latest update antivirus software. if the problem still then Master reset ur mobile phone . I think it will be solve.

To reset the phone to factory default, select Menu > Settings > General tab > Master reset.

This will do a full reset of your phone. All settings will be restored to default settings. Contacts will be deleted along with all files on the phone.

To format your memory card, connect it to a memory card reader or card reader on your computer. Once detected, go to My computer, right click on the memory card and then select FORMAT. Proceed with the wizard's default settings and you should have a clean storage card.

if you using default password then it is "12345" or "0000"
if you change the default password then there is only one way you have to reset your mobile. Remember to copy all thing before going to master reset menue.
