The fuel meter body assembly?(1) attaches to the lower intake manifold. The fuel meter body assembly performs the following functions:
Distributes fuel evenly to the injectors?(12)
Integrates the fuel pressure regulator?(14) into the fuel metering system
You really need a garage to diagnose why. You may have insufficient fuel pressure, or the injectors may be blocked if you have been running the tank low.

Those hoses are located in the same area as the tank filler. There is a set of hoses that go from the gas cap connection to the tank. You have to lower the tank.
What is the fuel pressure? these trucks need a certain amount of pressure to start, if low just 3psi it will not start, if you are sure the pump is good then you may bad spider injector. check fuel pressure first and also try spraying starting fluid into throttle body and see if truck starts. the pump needs 60 -66 psi to start the truck.
