Sounds like your hard drive has failed, either this or the operating system is corrupt. If you know someone else with a windows 7 laptop your could try there hard drive in your laptop. If it boots you know you need a new hard drive.
Try check your hard disk with the other machine. Try running hard disk diagnostic test. If there's a problem with diagnostic test i suspect your hard disk is faulty. If you tried connecting with other machine then same problem, suspected also hard disk faulty. You might need to change it.
