You have a blockage in your drain pump. Remove all filters and scoop out as much water as you can from the unit. Check in the bottom for any objects stuck there. Some models have a cover on the bottom inside the unit, which once removed, will expose the drain pump impeller. If yours does, remove the cover(usually 1 screw only) and free the drain pump impeller. NB: DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREWS WHICH HOLD THE BASE TUB IN PLACE! These are the screws on the edge of the white plastic "bowl" inside the unit. The drain pump cover will be INSIDE this bowl and will be quite small, no more than 5cm dia.... If this does not work, you will have to remove the drain pump from the bottom or front of the unit to get the blockage out. Oshie

SOURCE: Indesit D167. When cycle selected no water pumping or filling but 1 & 2 green indicators on.

Tilt your dishwasher forwards. Be aware that water will come out ouf the bottom. Once this is clear your washer should be Ok.
Good Luck

Hi, indecit idce845uk switch on machine 4th light red when i start cycle 30sec lights flash green except 4th light which flashes red and i get fault f10, Ive changed t/stats and the heating element

Found this on the web for you: http://www.whitegoodshelp.co.uk/indesit-or-hotpoint-washing-machine-flashing-10-times-error-f10/

There may be other pertinent answers on the web.

It seems to be related to water pressure. Check the supply, clean the internal filter, and see it it has any impact on the problem.

Problem could be a controller board failure or a electric valve too, but you will need a repairman for these unless you are VERY handy (in which case you would not be asking).

INDESIT IDS105 WASH LIGHT FLASHING

Purchased a second hand Indesit slimline IDS105, to find it would only complete the first wash cycle, at the end of this cycle the LED Would just flash, with the waste pump coming on every 2 mins to empty it. Even after 4 hours it still didn't complete a full cycle.

I looked through the manual only to find that the error code was not explained. I phoned Indesit, after talking to 12 different people, the only thing the useless company wanted to know was whether i had warranty or whether i wanted extended warranty, then after establishing i didn't, they just biffed me on to the next, when i actually got through to a loosely knowledgable person they said they would send out an engineer for you as we are not allowed to tell you what the error code means, I just put the phone down.

So... to the solution, after dismantling the dishwasher i tested every single component, with a multimeter. Through elimination and research i had a hunch it maybe to do with the heating element or NTC Temp sensor. Tested the NTC, perfect. Tested the resistance of the heater this read 0.34ohms near enough should be around 0.29. So i took the mainboard out and tested the relay and this is where my trouble and solution arose. To test the relay i got a 12v battery and the datasheet for the relay, tested the contacts, to here a nice click....Then pop!!! NOOOO i blew the IC that controlled the Relay (ULN2003A Darlington transistor array). I ordered one of ebay (but RS,Farnell sell them for a cheaper price) Unsoldered the blown IC, soldered the new one on.

Put the Dishwasher back together, crossed my fingers, turned it on, and selected programme 2 (Normal wash) and pressed start. 1 hour and 50mins of intense tension later it had completed the whole cycle!!!!!!!! Ive never been so happy!!!

Cheers
Up yours Indesit!

Hi, We have a G638 plus and have it connected to the cold water tap. When we press start, it fills the machine with water and once the machine has been filled, the program doesn't start and after 2-3...

Hi

Intake/Drain light flashing means an issue while draining. You would need to check for air gap on the dishwasher, it may be clogged. It prevents dishwasher from draining, sometimes the drain flow is restricted due to gunk. Cleaning or bypassing the air gap will resolve the issue. If this doesn't resolve the issue then it is due to seized (or stuck) drain pump. Disconnect the power to the dishwasher or turn off the breaker to the dishwasher. Tip machine on its back; remove screws that hold the bottom tray on. Remove the hoses to the main motor, remove electrical connections & remove motor (single screw holds motor, it is on the outside back of the machine). Try to rotate the motor (use WD40 is necessary). If you cannot rotate it, then motor will be required. If the error still appears then cancel the error message, turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs. Switch the appliance off and then back on again. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Shortly after turning my indesit idl530 on a fault code appears

the problem you are getting is a f01 fault, this is water in the base part of the antiflood devise.to check this if you tip the appliance backwards and water comes from the back at the bottom this is the problem,if you do this till it stops and then leave for approx 24hrs to dry out any water that may have gone on to motor, then check by switching on to start a program,if appears to work ok but then goes back to the same fault(draining all the time and light flashing)you will have to remove base and check for leaks.

Dishwasher problem

My dishwasher Indesit DI67S will not run on the number 1 cycle. It will fill and then when that programme finishes it jumps straight to the drying cycle missing all the rinses out etc. If on the number 2 programme it goes all the way through but then doesn't dry. I've also noticed that the water doesn't seem to be heating up much and certainly isn't drying. Is this the element or something else? Once its reached the drying cycle the light for this just flashes then I have a job to try and reset the machine. It can take endless attempts. Will switching the machine off at the mains solve anything or is it the element?
Thankyou
