So . . . an empty battery icon means the battery needs to be replaced. Eventually, rechargeable batteries no longer hold their charge.

Install antivirus an remove virus or reset phone to hardware original setup!

Does this have an SD card installed? If so it might be corrupted or failing. If not, try a hard shutdown or of you have access to battery area remove battery for a minute then reinstall battery and power tablet back up. One other option would be to go into download and delete any failed downloads and try them again.

Recharge battery. If it does not recharge, replace the battery with a new one.

The battery saver app may turn off the network connection on the tablet once it detects a period of network inactivity in order to save battery power. When that happens, re-establish the network connection on your tablet.

Check battery, battery plus should have it and can check it

search for cmd.com
execute cmd.com
type in " shutdown /s " to shutdown the computer at command prompt
type in " shutdown /r " to reboot the computer at command prompt

you can try removing the battery manually so it will shut down.

The blue screen is known as the screen of death for a reason. You can try getting it fixed but most likely you'll need to replace it.

Does your tablet have an LED to indicate it's being powered? If so, it must be the pen.
Does your pen have an internal battery? If so, it's time to replace it.
