Your model number indicates a gas dryer. It does not have a heating element. It has a glowbar igniter,a flame sensor and a gas valve. Either the glowbar igniter is bad or the flame sensor or the gas valve coils or the thermal fuse.
There are 2 spring clips on the top between the top and front panel about 2 inches in from the right and left side where the top meets the front.
Use a putty knife or a old CD to push the spring clips in while putting pressure on the top to raise it.Then take a wrench and remove 2 screws on the inside top right and left corners of the front panel. Remove the front panel and set it aside to access the parts listed above.

How do I take off the front (or the top) of the dryer to replace the glowbar igniter?
If this is a GAS dryer, it does not have a heating element. You have a burner assembly. Can you please describe what the dryer is/is not doing?
