Hi,
It is picture file that stops file transfer function, delete that picture and continue or go to memory card through my computer > mass storage drive and delete that file or copy rest of files and past in computer some where like my documents etc.
That particular picture file DSC03270.jpg is incomplete/ corrupted and causing problem in files transfer operation. Either delete it or bypass it and transfer rest of files from camera.
After transferring files to computer, format memory card to avoid any problem in next time as option would be in camera menu.
Let me know if you have additional question.
Thanks.
Please let us know what exactly happen when you are trying to transfer pictures to computer... any error message?
Also how you are trying to transfer pictures?
I spoke to someone on the IM chat at the kodak website,
and took me through the steps that seems to get around that problem,
if its a kodak c913.
they are;
open the easyshare software.
connect your camera.
if a transfer window opens automatically, close it.
in the easyshare software window open the 'add picture button'.
then select the folder with the name of your camera 'kodak c913'.
all your pictures should load as if it would through the automatic transfer window,
select whatever pictures you want to add,
clock add pictures,
then done,
and it doesnt come up with the error message of the software believing there is duplicates.

When you try to transfer a large number of files (or a single large file) from a PTP (Picture Transfer Protocol) device, such as a Sony Memory Stick, you may receive an error message saying that your computer cannot detect your camera or that, although it has detected the camera, the current picture cannot be copied. This happens because in older versions of WinXP the PTP driver limits file transfer to 2,048 files at one time and those files must be less than 210MB. If you update WinXP with Microsoft's latest service pack you should eliminate the problem.
This error message means that the preferences in EasyShare software are set to save pictures to the CD-ROM drive or some drive other than your hard drive. To correct this, follow these steps:
Start EasyShare software.
Select Tools > Preferences.
Select the Transfer tab.
Below "Select the location on your hard disk where you want to copy transferred pictures," select Browse.
Browse to the desired location on the hard drive where you want to transfer your pictures. The default location is:
For Windows 98/Me Operating Systems:
c:/My Documents/My Pictures/Kodak Pictures
For Windows 2000/XP Operating Systems:
c:/Documents and Settings/user name/My Documents/My Pictures/Kodak Pictures
Select OK to return to Preferences, then click Apply and OK to save and close the Preferences.
Reconnect the camera, and transfer the pictures.
