C3100: ISU home position error
It usually means the scan carriage can't move.
If it s a little MFP, you can unlock the scan with the yellow button on the left of the glass (under the DP). (This was only meant for transport reason).
Otherwise - Possible cause:
Defective FFC between CCD PWB (YC1) and control PWB (YC8).
- Replace the image scanner unit (ISU)
Defective FFC between control PWB (YC6) and scanner PWB (YC103), or improper FFC insertion:
- Reinsert the FFC. Also check for continuity within the FFC.
If none, remedy or replace the FFC.
Defective home position sensor.
- Replace the home position sensor.
Defective harness between ISU motor and scanner PWB (YC104),
or improper connector insertion.
- Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector harness. If none, remedy or replace the harness.
Defective ISU motor.
-Replace the ISU motor.

7410 Drum unit non- installing error The drum unit is not installed or not installed properly. The drum PWB EEPROM does not communicate normally. The drum unit is not installed. Install the drum unit (See page P.1-5-10). Defective connection drum PWB (YC1) and connect-L PWB (YC3). Check the connection of connectors drum PWB (YC1) and connect-L PWB (YC3). (See page P.1-4-9, refer to figure 1-4-5) Defective drum PWB EEPROM. Replace the drum unit (See page P.1-5-10). Defective engine PWB. Replace the engine PWB

What is this main pwb and operation pwb

It means the exposure lamp is not turned on. Either a connector has come loose or the exposure lamp and/or the inverter pwb and/or the control pwb must be replaced

H 401 means Heat roller low temperature detection. i.e. The temperature does not reach the
preset value within the specified time (3 min. in usual modes; 5 min. in curl correction mode.) after the power relay is turned on.
Possible causes
Thermister defective
Heater lamp defective
Control PWB defective
Thermostat defective
AC power supply defective
Interlock switch defective

Possible remedies
Check heater lamp for blinking with SIM5-2.
If lamp blinks properly:
Check thermister and its harness. Check thermister input circuit of control PWB.
If lamp does not light:
Check heater lamp for broken wire and thermostat for operation. Check interlock switch.
Check lamp control circuit of AC PWB and control PWB.
Clear the trouble with SIM14.

U2 means some problems with your Eprom in the mcu pwb need to replace the EPROM, followed by MCU PWB, Rate this

7002 is the error code; 0006904 is the printer page count.

Error means-

Toner motor 2 overcurrent detection error (cyan toner)

• The engine controller PWB (A0004)

detected the overcurrent of toner
motor 2.

Possable causes-
1. Lump of toner inside cyan toner container or defectiveness of toner replenishment drive system.
Replace the cyan toner container.
2. Defective toner motor 2.
Replace the toner motor 2.
3. Defective engine controller PWB (A0004).
Replace the engine controller PWB (A0004).

the error F5 02 means that the copy lamp lighting is abnormal.
This is what is in the service manual:

F5 02 Content Copy lamp lighting abnormality
Details The copy lamp does not light up.
Cause Copy lamp error
Copy lamp harness abnormality
CCD PWB harness abnormality
Check and remedy
Check the copy lamp (SIM 5-3)
When the lamp lights:
Check the harnesses and connectors
between the CCD unit and the MCU PWB.
When the lamp does not light:
Check the harness and connector
between the copy lamp and the MCU PWB.
Replace the copy lamp unit.
Replace the MCU PWB.
Remarks Copy lamp disconnection
Cable is not attached.
You must call a tech to solv your problem.

Hello, the c6000 is the Fuser heater 1/2 defective --- but is you are getting the c6400 --- is a zero cross signal error which means defective PWB. You must replace the engine PWB or the power source PWB and check for correct operations.

The cheapest route would be to replace the fuser but with the c6400 code I believe you would just be throwing your money away.
