Here is a reference guide for the printer. Try eBay for a new pad if that or Epson doesn't work then contact a local printer repair shop and see if they will sell you the pad.

then run it on your computer. Adjast your printer model and installed printer model ( both printer model are same: such as :epson r 230, and epson r230) Then close the tab. Look at your pc's icon tray then right click on it. after that :extra >soft reset,Then ink pad counter> clear.
That's all. After that every think are ok as a black masic.

so officially the ink pads are full and need to be changed. However try to find them available to get to change them and you will find that it will be impossible. Crazy for such a simple fix but they just don't sell them. so the above link will tell you about possibilities, and you can get the waste in k reset on epson's web site by putting in the serial number of your unit. The first thing you need to do it clear the printers problem and that can be solved easily. the second is that you can put in new pads if you can find them. here is how on a different model.

Epson printer is designed to stop working after number of copies. It needs resetting the waste counter. Just visit here www.epson-reset-utility.blogspot.com and download resettting software. There is no key required. Mine worked in seconds.
