Replace bulb holders on 2000 ford explorer upper console

Take take the bulb holder into most major auto parts stores and they usually have a help section with commonly replaced items on a car, they might just carry the bulb holders. I believe the bulbs are 194 bulbs. Buy the 194LL (Long Life) and they should last longer.

My 2003 chevy impala turn signals and hazard lights stopped working and my fuses are ok?

You might need a relay or clicker. Your owners manual should give you a lot of info. They are usually in the fuse panel. Last time I saw they were large, round, and silver. Also check your bulbs but usually if a bulb goes, it will just flash very fast.

I just bought a new bulb for my rear project tv (phillips), but this time it's just a bulb no case like last time can you help me put new bulb in old case

You have to take the cartridge apart; usually a few screws. Be careful not to touch the glass face of the new lamp with your hand. You will find usually two connections on the lamp: one at the end that usually has a nut and lock washer--do not over tighten when you reattach. the other is on the side of the lamp and usually is a machine screw with a lock washer---I usually use a needle nose pliers to tighten the nut and a philips type screwdriver to tighten the side screw----note which of the two wires is which and usually one is longer than the other. As you take the cartridge apart note where the screws that close it go and how it slides apart. You should know generic bulbs usually do not last as long as original lamps--they cost less but you are always taking a chance----The reason you do not want to touch the face of the bulb is it is like a halogen unit---oil from your hand will cause it to fail---if you attempt to clean it use a lens cloth for a camera--best way is to avoid touching it at all----Last: you also need to be careful about the 2 wire plug when you take it apart and put it back together-If you do not assemble it correctly it may not plug back into the set--take your time---this kind of job usually only takes about 10 minutes. Samsung DLP model hln617w won't turn on (not bad bulb)

Samsung is notorious for having bad color wheels in their DLPs. Well lets just say they are like toasters, they only last a certain amount of time. If the color wheel isn't spinning or is broken, the set will power down almost immediately after you hit the button, you may not even hear the entire fire up jingle. Check the wheel, if you can see the bulb light up for that split second. Actually, check it whether the bulb lights up or not.

Light bulb replacementR

A fridge light bulb is usually a 40 watt appliance bulb with a screw base. It is heavy duty to last in the temperature. If it is not easily accesible to unscrew and replace, there may be plastic cover to unsnap.
