Turn off your water supply, disconnect the hoses from the washer itself, where the hoses connect is two non removable plastic screens. They are most likely clogged. What i usually do is put a mop bucket on the floor below the ports and then slowly turn on the cold water and use it to wash the debris out. After you do that hook everything back up and she should work fine.

Testimonial: "Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but we were out of town and just got back today. I tried what you suggested and cleaned the screens really well. All back together and the same thing happened. Tried to reset and this didn't help either. I do appreciate the suggestion... thanks"

I have the service manual for it. Do you feel comfortable enough to use a multimeter and possibly take it apart?

SOURCE: LG FRONT LOAD WASHER WONT TURN ON

Hard call, double check the outlet to make sure it is good, take off the top lid. 2 screws at the back then push it back.
Check to see if you have voltage once the line has gone through the noise filter. If no power there, you have a bad filter. If you have filter, see if you can see a red led light on the main board. no then it is a bad board. If there is a light then then check to make sure it is not a loose connection.. Make sure all your connections are good to the front display.
After all that, if it still isn't working then it goes back to the main board.
tricky one there.

SOURCE: LG WD-3243RHD Front Load Makes grinding, crackling noise

Fixed!

"LE" code Stator/Motor Error.

It was a simple fix and only cost $17.68 at PartStore.com no affiliation.

Hall Sensor 6501KW2001A

http://www.partstore.com/Part/LG+Electronics+Incorporated/LG+Electronics%2fZenith/6501KW2001A/New.aspx

Here is the Service Manual

http://oasisappliance.com/products/lg/LGComboServiceManual.pdf

Bonus, it actually completes a wash cycle and does not stick at 6 minutes, drying forever.

Freakin service tech stated it was the Power Control Board, IDIOT!

While I was in there, I cleaned out the heater blower assembly and sensors. They were full of caked on lint and the sensors had debris all over them.

Also cleaned out all the lint and debris around the rubber seal, this will eliminate those annoying mildew oders.

Hope this helps someone, Happy New Year!

SOURCE: Why won't the drum spin on my LG Tromm front load washer?

I had the same problem and it was a bad sensor assembly (#6501KW2002A). You can order
it from an online electronics store (www.mcminone.com). Cost is approx. $20.

I fixed it based on a thread from 2007:
See http://www.fixya.com/support/t159708-lg_washer_wm1832c

But, here's what I did:
1. Unplug the machine.
2. Take off the back plate that has 4 small screws.
3. Unscrew the big bolt in the middle.
4. Take off the hubcap looking part the bolt was securing.
5. Unclip the two sets of wires on the bottom of the circle you are looking at
(the set of wires to the right are connected to the sensor assembly you want to replace).
6. Unscrew the 6 smaller bolts to take off the circular piece that the sensor assembly is snapped to.
7. Mark with a pen where the sensor attaches so you know where to snap the new one.
8. Unclip the old sensor assembly and clip on the new one
9. Reassemble.

SOURCE: LG front load washer WM2277HW. ''LE'' Error code

First try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and then retry a cycle. If you still get the LE error:

The Hall sensor (part number 6501KW2001A) has failed. The hall sensor is rather easy to replace, and is covered by a seven year part warranty (in the US). Take the back cover off. Take the big nut off and remove the motor rotor. Remove the bolts holding the motor windings. Remove the electric plug on the sensor and unclip it from the motor winding. Snap new sensor on and reassemble. Usually takes under a half hour. On a difficulty scale of 1 - 10, it might rate a 4. This should be a Fix-Ya for your machine, and at basically no cost!
In the US, find a service provider using your zip code at http://us.lgservice.com/index_b2c.jsp or call LG at 800-243-0000

You may have a water valve issue. (leaking water past valve, allowing water to fill to higher than normal level) To unlock, try opening the access door at the bottom left on front of machine and using small hose there, drain water out of machine. If hose is plugged, you may have to unscrew big knob (with filter attached) to drain. When the water level lowers, door should unlock. (if washer is plugged in)

Leaking water at the bottom of the washer

Pull the back cover off and examine with a flashlight during fill or during the cycle. BE CAREFUL, there are moving parts. The drain boot which is connected to the bottom of the tub is real thing and very cheaply made. There could be a hole in it - which I've found numerous times.

The water level is very low. what should i do?

Turn clockwise the water level switch under the top lid slightly. The machine will fill alittle higher than stopping at the edge of the cylinder gray baffels.I have mine set to fill up with water to the bottom of the door seal edge.I wouldn't go any higher than that. You should do this adjustment with the cylinder empty so you can easily see exactly where the water level is. The machine works so much better now.

Short water flow time

If it's new you should call for service. Ask the technician to turn the water level switch set screw so it will stop filling at a higher setpoint rather than stopping at the edge of the gray cylinder baffels. You are aware the factory water level switch is pre set for low level because of water restriction regulations for manufacturers. But that means nothing for me if my laundry is comming out still dirty.. Much later and after much research i turned the water level switch set screw under the lid clockwise a half turn to have my WM0642HW fill up to the lower door seal to tumble in some water. How it was set before resulted in terrible wash performance especially with full loads! Forget it! It was WICK washing instead of tumbling in some water.Since i made the adjustment on the water level sensor the washer is 100% better than before.Trust Me!
