firstly you should remove the power from the unit for a few seconds to reset it. if this doesn't fix it you can remove the top lid and you will see the motor that rotates the fascia, if you unplug the flexible cable that powers the motor and put 6volts on the motor contacts till the fascia rotates and then plug the flexible cable back put the fascia back on and plug the power lead back on to the radio

if you have already tried hitting the reset button you should first remove the faceplate and check the contacts on the main unit and the back of the faceplate. if they are dirty clean them (with power off) with contact cleaner or a small eraser. if your lucky that will fix the problem but most likely you have a bad ribbon cable. this cable attaches the faceplate contacts to the main unit and flexes as the face tilts. after time these cables get small cracks that may not be visible. you can usualy buy the part from a place like pacparts.com and replace it to solve your problem.

you probably have bad solder connections on some surface mount resistors inside of the radio. they would be on the right side of the radio as it is facing you. they need to be resoldered.
there are about 8 - 10 surface mount resistors inside of the deck that need to be resoldered. They are on the front right of the board with the face toward you.
