When you log back in it will ask you for your password.

First, log onto your facebook. (If you can not do this, then you will need to contact facebook through their help center at this link: http://www.facebook.com/help/). You need to wait for around 24 hours for logging in. Trying repeatedly with wrong passwords or too many password changes triggers Facebook's login lock system.
Facebook only allows but one machine to be logged into your account at once. What appears to be happening is that you are not logging out the other machine completely. Closing the browser will not log out the account. Try logging out of Facebook on the other machine completely and then try logging in with the other machine.
