I'm using a Kyocera 3150CI. I loaded a 10"x13" envelope into the MP Tray (to print an address), made sure to change the paper type to "envelope" in both the print settings in Microsoft Word and at the printer when asked, but the envelope comes out wrinkled. What can I do to make sure the envelopes stay smooth?

Got a 3100CN and had the same problem but found that a) Changing paper size from the web doesn't work but b) Go to the printer control panel on the printer and use the menu to set the paper size for the MPF tray for FREE. Now your application under windows will overide the whatever the printer thinks and will print. Envelope via Word all work without problem. Suggestion . Configure two printers one B&W using tray one and one colour using MPF and you can now quickly select whether to use colour or b&w. Regards John N - N2UYI/G7LTQ

did you put these envelopes right way (portrait/landscape) also you have to change in printer menu paper source paper type from plain paper to envelope.

HI,
Try this one.Make sure the HP paper size setting needs to be "plain paper," not "automatic.
SOURCE: Can't print envelopes
you need to select tray #1, manual feed.
tray #2 is auto feed- 8x11 sheet paper.

paper guide was set at A5, then this allowed menu to change feed tray selection
