During the drain water cycle it says Pump blocked. I have drained the small black hose twice and even vacumed inside the round opening after removing the screwed in cover. The 4 prong plastic wheel moves around freely with my fingers. Where is the pump? It seems free of all debris.

Stops in cycle and says f 02

F02 error is related to drain pump block. If the drain pump gets blocked or the drain hose is blocked the error comes up,this is indication of cleaning the drain pump and drain hose.If the drain pump and drain hose checked ok then its faulty drain pump, its not draining the water so the error f-02 is showing up. error F-02 is a slow drain problem. Remove the wide tapering pipe from the drum to the pump. Inside there is a non return ball valve. Clean this and see if that helps. Take the front bottom panel off and open the drain trap, and see if there is any thing got stuck up,like coins, nails, socks or any small cloth etc etc.--------------While removing the drain pump and drain hose for cleaning, please keep thick towel with you.As you disconnect the drain pump from its connection, lot of water will flow towards you,if your machine is filled with water. So keeping this towel with you will help to control this water flow towards you. This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

During the spin cycle the washer makes a loud noise and now it wont spin or drain water

If the 'loud noise' water sloshing you should first check that the pump filter isn't blocked. This sometimes stops the pump altogether. Coins, etc..If the noise is metallic it could mean bearings...Check the pump via the small door at floor level...Mind the water inside the machine. You may be able to drain first with a small hose which is inside the pump access door.....Nomess

The door won't open after a cycle...and all the clothes are soaking wet..even after 2 spin cycles it still has a lot of (soapy) water at the bottom..Help!!

the most common problem is a blocked or restricted drain pump. You can use a wet/dry Shop vac and attach it to the end of the drain hose to remove all the water.
Once the water is removed then your door should unlck and you can remove all the clothes.
after that you need to look at your drain pump remove the hoses be sure to check the hose that comes down from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump and look for any obstruction also check your drain pump inside there could be something stuck in it.

My washer is not draining during the spin cycle

not draining your washer at all, pump may be bad or no power to pump, take the drain hose out of the "stand-pipe" where water enters the sewer drain, and lower to floor and see if water drains by gravity if only slowly your pump or hose may have a slug of crud in it blocking drainage to sewer pipe

Water is always left in the machine when the cycle finishes

Because the water pump operates as a timed cycle, a partially blocked water passage either from the outer drum to the pump, inside the pump, or from the pump to the house drain is restricting the amount of water being pumped. Remove the drain hose from the house drain just enough that you can watch the water flow during a normal pump cycle. The water should be coming out quite forcefully--if just a trickle, then something is blocking the flow. Look for kinked hoses or even a slow running pump.

Won't drain during the final cycle, water comes out on the floor

CHECK THE FOLLOWING--

1. Air gap / Drain hoses
If there is an air gap (located in the sink, near the faucet), check to see if it is clogged. Unscrew the top cap and see if there is anything blocking inside. Note: If there is no air gap installed, the dishwasher might not drain properly.

If the drain hose is clogged, the dishwasher would not drain. If there is an air gap installed, it is very common that a hose going from the air gap into the garbage disposer is clogged. Remove and clean the hose. Make sure to reattach the hose before starting the dishwasher.

Note: If you recently had a garbage disposer installed, it is common to overlook removing the drain plug.

2. Broken belt
Some dishwasher models use a belt to drive the pump. Replace the belt if found broken.

Note: Sometimes the belt would just come off the pump. Even though it might not be broken, it is recommended that you replace the belt, because it is probably too stretched out.

3. Pump
Some models have two impellers inside the pump - one, wash impeller, takes care of the wash cycles, the other, drain impeller, drains the water out. If the drain impeller is broken (broken blades, shaft), the dishwasher would not drain. Replace any broken pump components.

4. Drain solenoid
Some models (for example most GE dishwashers) use a drain solenoid to drain water out. Sometimes the solenoid gets stuck, preventing the water from draining out. Try to free up the solenoid. If unsuccessful, you might have to replace the pump assembly.

5. Motor
If the motor is stuck, it is sometimes possible to free it up by manually spinning the motor.

Replace the motor if defective.

6. Timer
Replace if defective (note: uncommon problem).

Calipso washer will not drain

what you are seeing is a blockage inside the tub. when the water cant get to the drain hose it will try to **** the water in it and that will cause the hose to colapse you need to remove the hose and see what is in it causing the no drain condition. i would guess a sock or something small like that. might even be a coin but something is blocking the water from getting into the drain pump.

Front Loader Wont Purge Water and enter Spin Cycle

it is the drain pump, it is nt working due to lack of power entering its supply line or there is something stuck in the impeller,or its winding failed, u can check it by observing or wait till machine reach the drain cycle when you hear a humming sound during the drain cycle, you isolated already the supply to the drain pump it means the drain pump is working but there is something blocking the hose, impeller and or the pump motor is weak already. if so, call an authorized servicer or service fr the company to do the job, or if u want to fix it by yourslf, first lay down the hose of the machine at floor level, water will comes out, drain it,with that it means no problem with the water line from the tub of the machine to the drain hose, remove the back cover from there u can see the pump get a mechanical plier to remove the clamp, slide the pump or unscrew it if is installed that way then u can check now the pump physically, sometimes small pins is blocking the impeller if there is nothing and when you touch pump is so hot-it is electrically defective-the winding is weak or just what i have said earlier it is blocked or mechanically defective -replace the pump assy- u can order it -try www. repair clinic .com
