I have checked monitor Okay, I tried control f11 nothing happens. I have to hold down power button to shut down.
It sounds like the Video card has suffered a catastrophic failure. Remove & go to a parts store or order from someone like Frys.com or ebay or Tigerdirect.com If you don't know how to use someones computer to look up "How to change the Video Card on a Desktop PC" & you will find a video of how to.

Sounds like a problem with the video card. Cross check the connections to the CPU. If its all fine, Then Connect the monitor to a diffrenet pc and then use the monitors keys to change it to a plug and play mode. This might help with ur problem

Hello.
Try holding down the delete key or f2 key while starting.
Should bring you to bios page.
Reset all to factory defaults.save and exit.
Next.you may have a bad video device or monitor.Since you can hear the pc running but have no screen im thinking its more a video issue.
Try taking all the power from the pc away, unplug from the wall for a min ot two. Then try again.

Your monitor is most likely fine. That message is the monitor telling you it's not getting any video signal from the computer.
If you're hearing all the sounds that go with a normal startup (usually a beep from the motherboard, then hard drive activity, finally the normal Windows startup sound through the speakers), and seeing that message, then you may have a monitor problem. You can try another monitor as a test.
The trouble is probably that the computer is turning on, but not actually starting up. This may be due to power supply, memory, processor or motherboard problems. Or one of the drives or expansion cards connected to the motherboard may be keeping the system from starting.
Make sure the memory modules are firmly seated in their sockets, and disconnect everything else but the power supply. If the motherboard, processor and memory are working, the system will start and you'll see something on the monitor. Then you can start reconnecting parts and see when the problem returns.

If your computer is indeed running, simply unplug your monitor from the wall, and then plug it back in. This will bring your monitor out of power save mode instantly.
Testimonial: "Will try when the monitor does this again. Was very helpful. Thanks!"

If it does it when it "gets loud" it is obviously overheating. That will cause it to do lots of things including shut down-it may also render your HDD/system inoperative.
Just out of curiosity, have you opened it up and cleaned the dust bunnies out??
Testimonial: "Right on with the diagnosis. Dell even mentioned "dust bunnies" as a possible cause."
