SOURCE: Need help disabling Toshiba 3550 sorter
I don't have operational sorter, but I can locate one for you if you are interested. Now, the solution to you copier is for you to go into the service mode and change the setting from sort to non-sort. This is the step you need to take. Go to the Service mode by doing the following.
1. Turn of copier
2. Push on 08 then Power on copier
3. enter 4 then
4. Push Print
5. Change the current value from 1or 2 to become 0
6. Push or press Interupt to reprogram the copier.
7. Then enter 09 to get out of the service mode.
Good luck.

[F105] HDD other error
(1) Check if the connectors of the HDD are disconnected.
(2) Check if the connector pins are disconnected or the wires of harnesses are open circuited.
(3) Perform the bad sector check (08-694). If the check result is OK, recover the data in the HDD. If
the check result is failed, replace the HDD.

SOURCE: factory reset toshiba copier
Factory reset is not available on this copier....
To get rid of the settings, u can format the HDD...
But if u want to clear the meter counter....it needs combination of codes in order to do that....which is highly confidential.....
